    Job Description: Support of the lead in planning, initiating, coordinating, and directing all activities governing the preparation for and execution of live training and certification events for carrier strike groups and amphibious readiness groups as well as independently deploying ships.  Including underway mentoring and assessment of Information Operations including the Information Warfare Commander and staff as well as support functions provided by subordinate elements.








    Qualified candidates must have the ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance which requires US Citizenship.


    Education Required:

    • HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    Required Qualifications and Experience:  

    •  3 years Documented experience in IO/EW operations
    •  Previous CSG/ESG staff assignment preferred
    •  Documented completion of Navy or Joint Space Operations training
    •  Demonstrated knowledge of IWC Command and Control to include authorities and processes
    •  Complete familiarization with Joint Navy doctrinal architecture.
    •  Proficiency with all NMCI Microsoft Office Products
    • Familiarization with the planning, briefing, execution and debriefing (PBED) process.

    Specific Demonstrated Skill Requirements: Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to govern efficient execution of planning tasks across the exercise life cycle.  Serve as Subject Matter Expert to include development and maintenance of related Mission Essential Task Lists, assessment criteria and grade sheets for cyberspace and space, IO, and EW operations.  Develop academic training and schedules for IO/EW augmentees supporting underway training and certification. Conduct and prepare CSG-4 responses for all O-6 and above reviews as assigned by USFF. Support program objective memorandum development as required
