DDL OMNI’s Simulation and Services Division, in support of the NSWCCD PMS-4013 Submarine Acoustic Systems has a career opportunity for a Administrative Assistant. The candidate will provide shipping, receiving, administrative and logistics support. Qualified candidates must hold an active secret or top secret security clearance.
Specific Functional Area Duties include:
Provide engineering services and associated program management to NSWCCD PMS-4013 Submarine Acoustic Systems to support the following programs: All Submarine Hull Sensors including the Low Cost Conformal Array (LCCA), Light Weight Wide Aperture Array (LW-WAA), Wide Aperture Array (WAA), Spherical Array (SA), Large Aperture Bow (LAB) Array, High Frequency Sail Array (HFSA), High Frequency Chin Array (HFCA) and other submarine sensors and the related equipment.
Qualified candidates must hold an active secret or top secret security clearance.
Education Required: Required H.S. Diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Familiar with US Navy supply procedures, procurement, shipping receiving. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point and MS Outlook other software/tools. Knowledge of SUBSAFE and QA REC a plus.
Specific Demonstrated Skill Requirements: PMT or similar experience a plus. Submarine IMA experience a plus.
