    DDL OMNI’s Engineering Services Division is seeking a General Clerk II to perform general clerical duties that may often vary in type or sequence including packaging and preparing materials for shipping, prepare bills of lading and shipping documentation. The General Clerk II will receive materials from shipping company, confirm items correspond with bill of lading, visually inspect received items for damage, verify dimensions of received items, enter received items in database and file documentation.  May require development of Job Material Lists from drawings.  Enter material into required data bases. 









    Education Required: High School diploma.  GED or related skills training and 3 years of experience.


    Experience and Skills Required:  Working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.  Be able to interpret drawings.  Good communication and customer service skills.  Will be required to pass a background check and fingerprinting.


    Qualified candidates must have the ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance which requires US Citizenship.
