Job Description: DDL OMNI's Simulation and Services Division, in support of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Project Office and engineering, technical and program management support for the CG-9335 Program Office to execute its respective management, collaboration, and oversight responsibilities, has a career opportunity for a C5ISR Engineer.  The candidate will provide support to perform engineering, technical research, analysis, and program management support to aid in the design and development of Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems for surface and shore-based assets including Polar Bear Ice Breaker (PIB). 

Qualifications

Education Required:  A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • At least fifteen (15) years' experience supporting USCG C4ISR systems for ACAT 1 programs that includes:

    • Experience in analyzing and evaluating Enterprise Architecture Products (i.e. Department of Defense Architecture Framework) and System Requirements using Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS). 
    • Experience in providing C4ISR subject matter expertise for the development of Cyber Certification and Accredidation (C&A) packages.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in the acquisitions, design, and integration of USCG shipboard intelligence systems and other C4ISR systems, including one-year (1) experience with the new Polar Ice Breaker program.
  • At least ten (10) years' experience with DHS/USCG policies and procedures, which include Major System Acquisition Manual (MSAM), Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), Engineering Change (EC), and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO). 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  

 

Qualified candidates must have the ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance which requires US Citizenship.
