Responsibilities

Provide United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N8/N9 branch with technical expertise and readiness analysis as required in support of Fleet Design.  Specific functions will include providing knowledge management, graphics support, work flow analysis, requirements development, and war room management and support.  These tasks will provide rigorous assessments and analyses of issues that are important to the Commander, USFFC and his staff and will provide analytic assessments and alternatives to government decision makers on the ways and means to “fight the grid”.

 

Specific Functional Area Duties include:

Supports one or more of the following areas: program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, graphics, export control, risk management, and responsible for gathering requirements, producing project documentation, project reporting and tracking. This documentation includes but is not limited to project charters, user requirements, business process flows, system diagrams, and test documentation. Also responsible for documenting meetings and producing minutes, and following up on open items.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have an active secret security clearance.

 

Education Required:   Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field desired. 

 

Experience and Skills Required:   

  • Minimum of 15 years’ previous military experience, preferably Navy
  • Experience working with Major Fleet Commands
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook other software/tools.
