DDL OMNI's Simulation and Services Division, in support of the U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) Plans and Resources has a career opportunity for a Project Analyst to provide technical expertise in support of US Fleet Force (USFF) Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7). USFF is responsible for coordinating, establishing, and implementing integrated requirements and policies for manning, equipping, and training Fleet units, amphibious ready groups (ARG), expeditionary strike groups (ESG), carrier strike groups (CSG), and expeditionary strike forces. These requirements and elements are paramount in the execution of the Fleet Response Plan (FRP), in support of and required by United States Navy (USN) policy and unified commanders. This position specifically supports USFF's N7 organization and should possess exceptional organizational skills, records management and baseline contracts/financial management skills. 



Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist government by conducting analysis, drafting documents, performing research, assembling information, and tracking milestones and anticipated changes.
  • Provide current and complete analysis of obligation rates, and track funds invoiced/expended, and funds remaining for multiple lines of accounting in a database
  • Provide assistance reviewing and updating Joint/Fleet Training program documents to include performance work statement and its requisite attachment revisions and quality assurance surveillance plan revisions to ensure adherence to policy/guidance technical approach/ requirements, policy/guidance, milestones, forecasts, and risk assessment.
  • Maintain and update program records, files, correspondence for all USFF Joint and Fleet training contracts to ensure information is current, accurate and complete.



Qualified candidates must have an active secret security clearance which requires US Citizenship.


Education Required:   Bachelor's degree desired.  Associate’s Degree required.   


Experience and Skills Required:   

  • Prior military experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-starter
  • Ability to arrange, coordinate and draft meeting minutes
  • Ability to solve open-ended problems/troubleshoot issues
  • Must be able to function in a multi-tasking environment and apply analytical skills
  • Superior communication skills, in writing and in person
