    DDL OMNI’s Simulation and Services Division, in support of the Network Centric Warfare (NCW) training at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) has a career opportunity for a Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst will provide the technical expertise to support all facets of Network Centric Warfare (NCW) training at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP).  Services cover a wide range of professional services relating to NCW and Knowledge Management (KM) training (instruction, evaluation support, scenario development, and course management), KM support for training.  Provide lectures, develops and improves course materials, and support course management. Participates in war game scenario development to ensure KM/Information Management (IM) principles can be evaluated during scenario execution.  Provide NCW/KM observational and evaluative inputs to Military instructor staff during continuous instruction and guidance to students applying their training knowledge through war games both in-house and distributed to ships in port.  Develop and refine KM products for training support and command administration.


     Specific Functional Area Duties include:

    • Provide SME support in Surface Warfare (SUW) for latest USN doctrine, tactics, & all related systems
    • Work site is Tactical Training Group Pacific, San Diego, CA
    • Direct Travel may include temporary embarkation for on-site training support in US Pacific Fleet units for periods up to 2 weeks.




    Qualified candidates must possess an active secret security clearance.


    Education Required:   Bachelor’s Degree, no specific discipline from an accredited institution. 


    Experience and Skills Required:   

    • USN Surface Warfare qualified/designated
    • Tactical Warfare experience in planning, implementation and execution of real-world or simulated SUW tactics
    • Experience with HHQ level interactions with a strike group or unit
    • Experience integrating warfare training objectives into a focused warfare exercise
    • Experience with M&S system scenario scripting, verification, and validation
    • Experience with M&S scenario execution and adjusting scenario events and timelines in a real-time dynamic tactical operation environment
    • Experience implementing TTPs and PPRs, and role playing tactical units
    • OSC to O-3, deployed experience as Cruiser/Destroyer/Carrier Tactical Action Officer (TAO)
    • Experience as Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) Staff Officer or equivalent staff qualification
